Who I Am…

My name is Craig Kolek. As a collegiate volleyball coach I have over 900 wins and 23 conference championships in the NCAA.

As an athletic director for over 15 years, I have mentored a variety of athletic programs and coaches, leading them to success.

As a mental training coach, I have been working with athletes and coaches of all levels to unlock potential for over a decade.

Through all of those experiences I’ve learned you have to be in control of yourself before you can control your performance.  Those who truly achieved greatness and broke boundaries paid attention to their most valuable asset – their brain – and trained it! 

I can teach you to do the same by working hand in hand with you on the elite mindset, routines, and focus that you need to get the results you’ve been lacking.
